Welcome to Hair by Katelyn LLC located in Sola Salons at 1043 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Suite 4, Leesburg, VA 20176! — a salon experience designed with you in mind. I’m Katelyn, a licensed cosmetologist and proud graduate of Paul Mitchell School (Class of 2013), with over a decade of experience behind the chair. I specialize in color, blonding, cutting, and styling, and am certified in Olaplex and Keratin Complex treatments. One of my greatest passions is creating an inclusive, judgment-free space where every person can feel at ease — including those in the neurodivergent community. I understand that a traditional salon setting can feel overwhelming or stressful for some, and I am committed to offering a sensory-friendly, flexible experience that respects each client’s unique needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a bold new look, subtle refresh, or simply a place where you can relax and be yourself, I’d love to welcome you into my chair. At Hair by Katelyn LLC, it’s about more than just great hair — it’s about connection, comfort, and confidence. REMINDERS✅ ⚫️Please arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair if you are receiving a chemical/ color service. ⚫️Please refrain from wearing your favorite clothing to your appointment as accidents can happen and Hair by Katelyn will not be liable. ⚫️Seating is very limited in our small suite. Please refrain from bringing multiple people with you to your appointment as there may not be enough seating. Please help yourself to the seating in the lobby and I will let you know once I’m ready. Cancellation Policy
Hair by Katelyn requires at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and/or the cancellation fee.
Hair by Katelyn reserves the right to charge 50% of the service amount for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
